Salad of Herring Fillet and Beets with Orange Sauce

Base of the recipe: 250- gram package of herring fillet, 2  medium-sized beets, 1 table spoon of vegetable oil, 1 orange,  1 teaspoon of sugar, lettuce, 1 beam of cilantro, 1 onion.

Cut the fillet into slices. Boil the beets without peeling then cool and peel. Slice beets and gently mix with a half of vegetable oil. Squeeze the juice from the orange, then evaporate it with the sugar until thick, then cool and mix it with the remaining oil. Put the beets on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro then top with the slices of herring.  Pour the dish with the orange sauce and garnish it with onion rings.

Base of the recipe: 2 table spoons (40 grams) of vegetable oil (sunflower, refined, unrefined), to one’s taste (1 gram) white pepper, to one’s taste (4 grams) table salt, 2 pieces (120 grams) of onion, 4 (160 grams) hen’s eggs , 500 grams of  33% creams, 400 grams of herring fillet, 1 kilo (1000 grams) of potatoes.

Peel potatoes.

If the herring is very salty, soak it in the water for several hours.

Peel and slice the onion. Then sauté onions with some oil until onions are soft.

Grease a baking form with oil; put a layer of sliced potatoes, then a half of onion and herring. Finish with potatoes. Mix cream and eggs, whisk until smooth, and add salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into the pudding and put to bake in the oven that is preheated until 180 degrees. Bake for about an hour.

Herring Salad with Celery and Walnuts

Base of recipe: 30 grams of walnuts, 3 grams of table salt, 1 apple (80 gram), 50 grams of Matias delicacy herring fillet, 40 grams of celery (greens), 25 grams of lemon juice, 125 grams yogurt with 1,5% richness , black pepper.

Dice the apple and herring, and then slice some celery.

Break the walnuts a little.

Sprinkle the apple with some lemon juice.

To make a sauce mix the yogurt and lemon then add some salt and pepper.

Put the mix of apples, herring, walnuts and celery. Add the yogurt sauce.

Decorate the dish with a half of a walnut.
