Fish is an extremely useful product. It contains all essential amino acids, proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, enzymes and minerals. Also significant are a number of elements necessary for the development and vital functions of the human body contained in fish fillets. In particular, we are talking about B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12), vitamin PP, H, small amounts of vitamin C, as well as fat-soluble vitamins A and D. All these components help to improve health and prolong human life. Therefore, fish products are an indispensable food product.
Due to the current cult of beauty and health, it is difficult to find a more useful product that can provide the human body with so many nutrients. It is known that a significant part of the territory of Ukraine belongs to the so-called iodine deficiency zone. In particular, we are talking about the territory of Western Ukraine. The role of fish products in this regard has no analogues. Because they can provide the body with the necessary amount of iodine - an extremely important element.
And the most valuable in fish are omega-3 fatty acids. They prevent the risk of blood clots in the blood vessels and improve blood circulation in the capillaries, reduce the level of bad cholesterol in the blood, minimize the risk of atherosclerosis.
